A few questions. An open conversation.
Start here for the basics about the book. If there’s something else on your mind, you can write to me below.

Early 2027 is the target release. The manuscript is finished and in editing. Sample material and a full table of contents will follow closer to the time, with purchase details added here when available.

Adults with incontinence, ABDLs, people still working out what they feel, and partners and caregivers. You don’t need to share every part of my experience to find something useful here. The book and every act are designed to let you skip around and choose what you need or want to read.

Products, fit, leaks, changing, clothing, sleep, work, travel, relationships, disclosure, intimacy, shame, and acceptance. It covers urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, and bedwetting, as well as ABDL, comfort, and identity. The Toolbox gathers practical checklists, routines, scripts, and resources.

No. Both are part of my experience; neither implies the other. The book says so early and plainly. Medical need, comfort, enjoyment, and sexual and nonsexual experiences are treated as distinct. Needing protection or help with care does not tell you someone’s sexuality or identity.

Nobody in this book is a punchline, and it isn’t written for an outsider to gawk at. Much of it exists to challenge assumptions about us. My experience is my own; I don’t pretend it speaks for everyone.

I write under the pen name Martin Chapotes. I’ve lived with incontinence since 2020. I’m not a doctor or a medical expert. What I bring is daily experience, research, and an honest account of what I’ve learned. Medical claims in the book include sources pointing back to professionals.
-
The story is mine, with identifying details changed for privacy.
-
No. The practical material comes from lived experience and research, with sources listed. It doesn’t replace medical care, and it is not a guide to becoming incontinent.
-
No. Nobody paid for a mention or a recommendation. Product opinions come from my own experience, and the book is not sponsored.

I used AI for organization and planning. The experiences, views, and words are mine. As noted in the manuscript, the illustrations were created using AI image generation tools. The cover was made by hand by an artist.

The cover is being designed to be subtle, without a large diaper image announcing your reading choices to the room. I’ll share it when it’s ready.
-
No. Neither the book nor any of its five acts requires reading from front to back. Skip around, choose the chapters and sections that interest you, and leave the rest for another time. Start with what you need or want to read. You can read in order if you prefer, but you don’t have to.
-
Yes. The book is intended for adults and uses frank language about bodies and bodily functions. It discusses adult sexuality, kink, regression, and consensual caregiving between adults. Parts of the memoir describe emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. Heavier material is flagged before you reach it.
